Determine who can best resolve or respond to your inquiry

Complete a City of Whitehorse online contact form for items like waste removal, snow clearing, and road maintenance.

See a bear or other wildlife that may pose a danger? Complete a TIPP report online or call the 24/7 TIPP line at 1-800-661-0525.

Contact the RCMP at 667-5555 to handle all speeding enforcement and violation matters. Contact Crime Stoppers to report anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.

Want to put forward a suggestion for traffic safety or request a sidewalk? Complete a Traffic Control Request online.

​Every fall, neighbourhood representatives submit applications to have the rink in their area activated for the upcoming winter. These representatives are always looking for volunteers to help clear the snow to make the rinks ready for flooding by the City of Whitehorse. Learn more at whitehorse.ca.
